Seder meal: Thursday 28th March, 6 pm. The Seder is the historic Jewish feast that was held on the night before Passover, involving a retelling of the story of the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt. Please contact us if you would like to attend. Donations for the meal are gratefully accepted.
The meal will be followed by a Tennebrae service, characterized by gradual extinguishing of candles, and by a "strepitus" or "loud noise" taking place in total darkness near the end of the service.
